2I

#24. Participate in an intramural sport, fitness class, or other group exercise activity (even something as simple as a few friends hiking up West Rock). Write about it and be sure to include pictures.

This past week I went to West Rock Ridge State Park, which is the third largest state park in Connecticut.  Information about West Rock Ridge State Park can be found by clicking the following link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Rock_Ridge_State_Park
West Rock Ridge State Park is a beautiful view:
The park overlooks the Southern Connecticut State University campus.  My dad and I walked there and it was really beautiful.  I have always enjoyed hiking with my Dad while growing up and walking on trails all over Connecticut.  A lot of the trails have wonderful views overlooking mountains, lakes, and rivers.  It is very fun to bring a picnic lunch and sit and spend time with others while enjoying the view.  The view of West Rock Ridge overlooks the campus and it was a great day spent with my father.  I would definitely recommend this hike to West Rock Ridge State Park and would like to go there again.
